My first request! Yay. Done in colored pencils and some photoshopping lighting and stuff.

*scratches head* Not much else to say. I guess... 2-3 hrs?

Neo and Nova (aka Lugia and Latias) belong to teh TTE and his super cool brain :D

Oh my God, Sastrei... This is just... beautiful. The colors blend in a surreal mix of primary hues that is a brilliant treat to the eyes! It's just so pleasing and soft that I can't stop looking at it. Wow.

The way you made Lugia and Latias at the very center of the bizzare sunset is nothing short of lovely as well. It looks like they almost form a yin yang... A lopsided one. Hah hah.

Very beautiful and well done! I love the colors and shading in the background, and Lugia and Latias were also drawn well. The poses are also orignal, which adds to the creativity of it. I've always considered Lugia and Latios/Latias to be related in a way; they look so much alike.
