I managed to catch the last 20 minutes of "Destiny Deoxys" on Cartoon Network the other day, and HOLY CARP!
I always thought Rayquaza was cool, but he was awesome in what I saw of the movie. So naturally, I did fanart ^^
Also, I thought his name was pronounced "Ray-KAH-zah", where the "qu" was more of a "kah" sound than "kwuh," but it is apparently "Ray-KWAY-zah." *shrug*
Tried using a PS filter this time, for added effect... can anyone guess which one? Lol
